Refund Policy

The Last Living Shepherdess offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

What this covers

• One-time purchases such as books, journals, PDFs, and video lessons.
• Membership payments — request within 30 days of the payment you would like refunded. Cancelling a membership stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at thelastlivingshepherdess@gmail.com and we will help you sort it out.

After a refund

Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Once a purchase is refunded, access to the related downloads and member-only content is removed, and you should delete any copies of the files.
