Refund Policy

Everything sold by The Last Living Shepherdess is a digital product — books, journals, PDFs and other downloads, lesson materials, and access to online lessons and member content. Because these are delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once you have been given access or the downloadable content has been delivered or made available to you. You confirm this at checkout before payment is taken.
If something went wrong
If you were charged incorrectly, received the wrong product or access, or a technical problem prevented your download or access from being delivered, please contact me at thelastlivingshepherdess@gmail.com and I will put it right — by correcting the charge, restoring your access, or resending the files.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be waived. Where such a right applies, it is of course honoured.
